Our Policies

Rental Policy
For rental reservations please contact Event 52 with an inquiry stating the items you wish to reserve and the desired date. Event 52 will get back to you with availability and an invoice will be emailed to you with pricing and terms of rental. A 50% down payment will be required to reserve all items and will act as an agreement of stated rental terms. Full payment is then due 30 days prior to scheduled pick-up (See Pick-up and Drop-off Policy) Cancelation can be made prior to second payment. Refunds will only be issued once original payment has cleared. If an item(s) reserved becomes no longer available due to unforeseen circumstances, Event 52 will contact you immediately and arrange a substitute or issue a full refund. All Rentals are subject to processing fees and taxes.

Damage Policy
Customers are responsible for all damage associated with rental items while in their possession. A stated replacement fee will be charged for each missing or damaged item including damage or loss of transportation containers. Any reservations made with cash payments will require a deposit prior to pick-up or delivery. Items absolutely cannot be exposed to rain or left outside overnight. Pick-Up and Drop-Off will have instructions on how each items are to be handled and returned if applicable.

Pick-Up & Drop Off Policy
Pick-up and drop-off times are scheduled in one hour increments. and can be scheduled up to 2 days prior to event and return date is the first business day following event. No extra daily charges will occur for following this schedule. Additional days will be an additional rental fee. Name, Address, Phone Number, Michigan ID Number, and Event Location must be made available to Event 52 prior to departing with rentals.
Privacy Policy
At Event 52 LLC, we value your privacy. Any personal information you provide to us—such as your name, contact details, or payment information—will be used solely for the purpose of managing your rental and providing you with the best possible service. Event 52 LLC does not sell, share, or disclose your information to third parties under any circumstances, unless required by law. Your data is stored securely and only accessible to authorized personnel.
